Helpline
Relatives often need a listening ear to cope with feelings of guilt about their inability to carry on caring. Many do not know where to get help in choosing a care home or understanding the complicated rules about paying for care. Others may need support in adjusting to being in care, or complaining about the quality of care they or their relative or friend is receiving.
The R&RA Helpline is here to help you with all these problems.
We pride ourselves on taking the time to listen and give you the information and support you need to face these difficult changes and circumstances. We provide accurate, up-to-date information as well as comfort and guidance to help you with the decisions you have to face.
