R&RA meets with Jo Williams, chair of CQC, to express the charity’s continuing disappointment at the way the Care Quality Commission is working.
At a further meeting with the Deputy Chief Executive of CQC and members of her communication team CQC puts forward a proposal for a joint pilot project with R&RA. The intention of the project is to ensure that CQC receives more information about the complaints R&RA receives about poor care and other problems in residential care homes for older people.
