Your rights in a care home

The R&RA’s first fact sheet of 2016 covers what every resident, every relative and every care worker, manager and commissioner needs to know about a resident’s rights in care.

This summary tells you some key things Parliament has decided must happen in care: that means residents have a legal right to them and they are not optional.

If you’re worried about what’s happening in a care home, contact us and we’ll try to help.
