Relatives & Residents Association

We support, inform and speak on behalf of older people in care

Please Donate

You can make a real difference and help our work by donating to the R&RA:

• Make an online donation

• Make a direct payment or set up a standing order via your bank, or through Charities Aid if you have a CAF account.

• Send us a cheque

• By leaving the R&RA a legacy in your will.

Whichever method you use, thank you! As a relatively small charity without any endowments or commercial backing, our ability to carry on this much needed work depends on the continuing generosity of our donors.

Online Donation to the R&RA

We can receive card payments via the “paypal” system. All the main cards can be used and there is no need to have a paypal account. Click on the button below to open the secure link.

If you use internet banking it is now easy to make a direct payment using the “bill payment” facility on your bank’s secure website.

Please write, ring or email us for the Association’s bank account number, sort code and payment reference details you need to enter (this needs to be done accurately for the payment to reach us so please be careful!)

Or by using a standing order, you can choose to give us an amount to be deducted from your bank account at whatever interval you choose.

To set up a standing order, please print this form and return it to our office:

The Relatives & Residents Association
1 The Ivories
6-18 Northampton Street
London N1 2HY

If you have a charity giving account with the CAF please make the Association one of your Favourite Charities. You can make individual or regular donations by Charity Credit, or direct from their website at by entering our name and the amount you want to give.

Our charity registration number is 1020194.

Please print our donation form and send it with your cheque to:

The Relatives & Residents Association
1 The Ivories
6-18 Northampton Street
London N1 2HY

If possible, please complete the gift aid declaration to increase the value of your donation by 25%.

A gift by will is a wonderful way to benefit the R&RA. We are enormously grateful for the gifts we receive in this way which make a huge difference to what we are able to do for others facing the difficulties of old age. Gifts to a charity are normally exempt from inheritance tax and many people find this a practical and attractive way to benefit a cause they may have supported or been helped by in their lifetime.

Please get in touch with us if you would like any help with a suitable wording or to discuss any areas of our work you would particularly like to support.
